3 CITIZENSHIP
3.0 You apply for residency within the Isle of Tarn by completing the application form and submitting it for approval.
3.1 When application is accepted you become a resident living in the Isle of Tarns.
3.2 Residency within the Isle of Tarns has fewer rights than a citizen. While both Residents and Citizens will be protected by the village laws and caste laws, the extent of that protection may be reduced for Residents. (For example, a raid to recover a captured resident, may or may not occur in the same expediency as for a Citizen, or protection from claims from another jurisdiction may or may not be extended, depending upon the circumstances surrounding said capture or claims.)
3.3 To be a Citizen of the Isle of Tarns, you must swear an oath to the homestone.
3.4 Both citizens and residency can be taken away and the person banished .
3.5 All persons of authority, must be Citizens of the Isle of Tarns.
3.6 All citizens must belong to a caste.
3.6.a. A Free Person cannot claim a Caste in which they are not part of.
3.6.b. Changes in Caste must be approved by the High Council.
3.6.c. The Isle of Tarns does not recognize the Caste of Thieves.
