7 CASTE OF THE ASSASSIN (BLACK CASTE)
7.0 Members of the black caste, properly attired as on a mission, will not be detained at the gates.
7.0.a. The Assassin must be hunting a contract kill and be wearing the mark of the black dagger to be admitted without being detained.
7.0.b. The Assassin must emote the fact that he is wearing the 'mark of the black dagger' on his forehead at the gates.
7.0.c. The Assassin can be followed and scrutinized in their travel throughout the village, by one of more visitors, residents or citizens.
7.0.d. Important members of the Isle of Tarns (Administrator, Head of Castes, etc.) may be surrounded and guarded while an Assassin is inside the village.
7.0.e. It is important to note that a BC has no home stone, and can give any name he wishes to use. Recognizing their features, weapons, boots, or something unique about them is proper role play to identify an Assassin.
7.0.f. An Assassin must be male, and may not be accompanied by another free person, or slave.
7.1 All Assassins must follow all Rules and By-Laws of the Isle of Tarns, including Raid Rules.
7.1.a. Assassins are exempt from Laws 2.0, 2.2, 2.3, and 2.23.
7.1.b. Failure to abide by the Rules and By-Laws of the Isle of Tarns will result in the rp being invalidated and may result in permanent ban, as provided for within the Rules and By-Laws.
7.2 All Assassins must contact the Isle of Tarns Master Assassin, Kumori (arian.clip), before they commence their 'kill phase' and be prepared to provide the following information:
* Complete roleplay seek role play
* Who trained them
* Black Castes groups they may belong to
7.3 The Assassin's contract is considered completed when the target, or the Assassin are killed, whichever occurs first.
7.3.a. The reason for the kill and the client that hired the Assassin cannot be used against that same person again.
7.3.b. Any Assassin who successfully kills a Citizen or Resident of the Isle of tarns can not kill that same person again until after a (real life) month has lapsed.
7.4 Only one kill per day is allowed in the Isle of Tarns.
